We will be performing maintenance on our POD1 for further expansion and scale on 20th Sept at 10 pm for about 2 hours.
We do not anticipate any impact to portal connectivity, however, customers may see their current UI sessions log out and have to login back. There may be an impact on agent/gateway connectivity and will reconnect immediately.
